IEG selected as full operator for Frontier Crossing Resort

Immersive Holdings Group has named Immersive Experiences Group as the operator of record for Frontier Crossing Resort under a 15-year initial agreement. Mobilization activities begin Q3 2026 in advance of the planned Q4 2027 gate open.

The contract covers full-operator scope across all property functions — park and attraction operations, themed lodging, food and beverage, retail and ticketing, and the technical layer beneath them. IEG's Cast Academy will lead a multi-phase recruiting and training program targeting roughly 2,200 on-property positions for the property's opening crew.

IEG opens primary Operations Control Center in Las Vegas

The OCC will provide 24/7 telemetry and incident response across every IEG-operated property. A redundant facility will stand up in Orlando in Q4 2026.

The Las Vegas OCC is staffed continuously by IEG technical operations personnel. The facility monitors attraction status, show systems, ride telemetry, guest flow, and active alerts across every property under IEG operating contract. Properties on managed-services or technical-operator engagements can opt into OCC coverage as a standalone service.

IEG adopts ASTM F24 family as operating standard across all properties

Every IEG property will be operated to the ASTM F24 family of standards for amusement-ride design, inspection, operations, and maintenance — and audited annually by an independent third party.

The adoption covers ASTM F2291 (design and manufacture), F893 (inspection), F770 (operating procedures), and F2783 (kiddie rides). Audits will be conducted by an independent firm selected by the property owner, with IEG covering the audit cost. Findings are issued to ownership directly and addressed through documented corrective-action plans.

Immersive Holdings Group launches operating subsidiary

IHG has established Immersive Experiences Group, Inc. as a separately governed operating subsidiary chartered to operate themed resorts on behalf of IHG and third-party owners.

IEG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Immersive Holdings Group but is governed by an independent operating leadership team and a board with two third-party owner-investor seats. The structure was designed so that third-party owners can engage IEG without concern about preferential treatment for IHG-owned properties.

IEG opens applications for senior operating positions

Search firms have been engaged for CEO, COO, and SVP-level positions. General applications are now open for the IEG Cast Academy instructor program.

The senior team will be built around five operating tracks: pre-opening, park and attraction operations, hospitality, technical, and guest experience. Compensation is benchmarked against Disney Parks & Resorts, Universal Parks & Resorts, and Las Vegas integrated-resort operators. Open positions are posted on the IEG Careers page.
