Operating careers at the property level — and at corporate.
Most IEG hires work on a property. A small corporate team supports recruiting, training, finance, safety audit, and the OCC. Compensation is competitive with Disney, Universal, and Las Vegas integrated-resort operators.
9 positions currently open.
Open positions are updated weekly. Pre-opening properties carry the majority of operating roles.
Don't see a fit? IEG accepts general applications for every track listed below. Pre-opening hiring waves typically begin 18–24 months before gate open at each property.
Six tracks. Move between them.
IEG hires within tracks but promotes across them. The Cast Academy supports lateral moves with cross-training and certification. Senior leaders are expected to have worked in at least two tracks.

A working environment built around the show.
Every front-line role at IEG is a role in the show, not just a job. We refer to operating staff as cast and crew, costumes as wardrobe, and the back-of-house as backstage. This is a working tradition borrowed from the theme-park industry and adapted to the immersive-resort context.
Compensation is benchmarked annually against Disney, Universal, Wynn, and MGM properties. Benefits include relocation, complimentary access to all IHG-owned properties, and full credential reimbursement for ASTM, ISO, and ServSafe certifications.
IEG is an equal-opportunity employer. We are signatories to the IAAPA Workplace Inclusion Charter.
