Immersive Experiences Group
Company

Built for themed resorts. By people who have run them.

Immersive Experiences Group was founded in 2025 to operate themed entertainment destinations at the standards of the world's best integrated resorts — for properties owned by Immersive Holdings Group, and for third-party owners who hire us under contract. The team comes from Disney, Universal, Cirque du Soleil, and Las Vegas integrated-resort operations. The operating playbook reflects that lineage.

Why We Exist

Themed resorts have no natural operating peer group.

The Marriotts and Hiltons operate hotels. The Cedar Fairs and Six Flags operate parks. Aramark operates food. Highgate and Aimbridge operate hotels at scale for third-party owners. Disney and Universal vertically integrate everything inside their own walls — and don't operate for anyone else.

That gap leaves third-party themed-resort owners with a choice: assemble five or six vendors with no shared operating culture, or staff their own operating company from scratch. Neither produces the consistency a themed property requires.

We built IEG to fill that gap. A single operating organization with the experience to run all five domains — hospitality, attractions, entertainment, F&B, technical — and the in-house technical depth to operate the show systems underneath them. Built specifically for owners who want to focus on the asset, not on running it.

IC

Immersive Collectives

Creative engine. Develops the IP, narrative, characters, and worlds that destinations are built around.
